How can I get SuitePad?
If you're not a SuitePad customer yet, get in touch with our Sales team for all information and pricing. All SuitePad customers are individually onboarded and supported. This includes tablets with an specially designed hotel installation as well as any apaleo/PMS-related feature if desired.
How do I set up SuitePad in apaleo?
Add SuitePad as a custom app in your apaleo account by following these steps:
- Visit this link. It will take you to a page in your apaleo account. Please log in if necessary.
- Confirm the popup and click Save on the bottom of the page to add SuitePad as a custom app.
- A dialog should appear showing your client ID and secret. Copy these values and send them to SuitePad, along with the apaleo property ID of the hotel you want SuitePad to connect to (in case there are more than one properties in your account).
What data will be shared between apaleo and SuitePad?
- Reservation and guest data will be read by SuitePad to provide functionalities like automated push messages that appear at a certain time of the guests' stay, are targeted by attributes like rate code and language and personalized with their names.
- The room bill will be read by SuitePad to optionally enable the guests to access it on the SuitePad tablets.
